Welcome to Epperson

The waterfront community that has it all

No time to go down to the waterfront? Then bring the waterfront to you! Epperson in Wesley Chapel is a dream come true for anyone who loves to live along the seashore. With its seven-acre manmade lagoon that includes swimming, paddle-boarding, and kayaking, or its picturesque 213-acre King Lake, it’s no surprise that Epperson ranks at the very top of master-planned communities. The posh neighborhoods are designed to be all-inclusive of the residents’ needs with parks, open green spaces, trails, playgrounds, swimming pools, and a clubhouse.

An exciting and active vacation-style life is not only possible but easy at Epperson. Ideally located in the booming town of Wesley Chapel, residents truly have the best of both worlds. In their private neighborhood, they have peace, tranquility, and camaraderie at home. Restaurants, shopping centers, boutiques, and more are not far outside the gates. Homes include single-family estates, top-notch luxury villas, and townhouses overlooking the crystal-clear lagoon.

Local Lifestyle

Forget the car and hop into your golf cart instead. Then zip along the miles of golf cart paths that wind throughout the community — it makes visiting friends or going to the clubhouse easier and more economical. There’s also the waterslide and floating obstacle course in the lagoon. When not enjoying neighborhood activities, the Seminole Heights Sunday Morning Market is a great place to hang out for their fresh produce, artisan bread, crafts, honey, and flowers.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Over at the posh Saddlebrook Resort, you’ll find Dempsey’s Too, and their 14-ounce prime New York strip steak might just hit the spot. If a grande quesadilla sounds more like it, make a beeline for Vallarta’s Restaurante Mexicano. Over at The Hungry Greek, the combo souvlaki might make it hard to fit dessert in, but that doesn’t mean you can’t try it. If pizza is your thing, you won’t regret trying the Quattro formaggi at 900° Woodfired Pizza.

A short 20-minute drive will find you at the International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa, where fashionistas can shop until their heart’s content. Make a day of it at the many haute couture stores, including clothing designers, luxury jewelry, handbags, and home décor. They also have many fine restaurants, boutiques, and spas.

Things to Do

At Wesley Chapel The Grove 16, you can watch the latest movie and have something to eat at their bar and grill while you’re at it. Or enjoy the magic of a prehistoric playground at Dinosaur World, where you hang out with life-sized dinosaurs among the old oak trees, and their gift shop is out of this world.

Epperson is designed to have everything you want at your fingertips, but when you feel a calling to venture out, the surrounding area is packed with fun destinations. At the Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, you’ll find several golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness centers, restaurants, and luxury hotel rooms. At the Happy Talk Farm, you can board your horse, take riding lessons, and enjoy summer camps and shows.
